In accordance with the relevant provisions of the 《Company Law》 and the Articles of Association of this company, the shareholders of the company have made the following resolutions on January 6, 2025:
1. Dissolve the original organizational structure.
2. Appoint Mr. Lü Zhidong as the director of the current board of the company to execute company affairs and serve as the legal representative.
3. No supervisory board or supervisor will be established.
4. Due to changes in the company’s organizational structure, it is agreed to draft and adopt new Articles of Association.
